    Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 6 p.m. and checkout (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 12 noon. We can nevertheless arrange to change the checkin / checkout times if necessary.

    Yes, parking is included in the rental price

    Yes, the bed will be made before your arrival, two towels will also be available per traveler and two kitchen towels.

    No. In order to make sure that the flat is clean for every client, we charge a extra 12€ cleaning fee on top of the total amount of your stay

    Yes, if your stay lasts over 3 nights, we ask for a 30% advance payment in order to confirm your booking. The balance (70%) will be charged on the day of check-in. If you stay less than 3 nights, the full amount of your stay will be charged on the day of the booking.

    Yes, we will give you an invoice by e-mail at the end of your stay if you request so.

    All bookings are definitive and non refundable.

    We love animals very much but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment for hygienic reasons.
    It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. If you do not respect this a penalty of 150 € will be debited from your deposit.
